. Timothy released a brand new album entitled "You Got It" 
. He participated in the 2008 CMA Music Festival / Fan Fair and sold 100 copies a day
. 109 Country Radio Stations (that we know of, could be more!) around America added Timothy's first single 'You Got It' into their rotation
. "You Got It" showed up in the Music Row Country Breakout Chart with a bullet
. The 'You Got It' music video views on You Tube reached over 30,000 and counting

. The TCB performed several rock'n showcases including the packed CD release party, the best I've seen the band yet!

Another successful year for the TCB, Timothy's new album and band are surely taking him to higher places! Keep your eyes and ears open for his second single due for release in March 2009.

Well, we are now up to 85 radio stations in America that have added Timothy's first single "You Got It" into their play list! I know Timothy, Brad Sanders and several others here in the Ball & Chain office have been calling stations for several weeks and all the hard work seems to be paying off. We also just found out that "You Got It" from Timothy's new album just made it's way into the Music Row Country Breakout Chart. In fact, it jumped 55 spots in just two weeks! Timothy has had several phone interviews with stations and has even been invited to perform in some of their huge summer festivals. We already confirmed Star Spangled 2009, a three day event in Wisconsin with Gretchen Wilson headlining. There will also be about twelve other well known bands and artists performing that weekend. Just visit our show schedule to learn more! Looks like June could end up being a very busy month, between the 2009 CMA Music Festival, Star Spangled and possibly Chattanooga's Riverbend. 
 
Thank you everyone who attended the Ball & Chain Entertainment "You Got It" party last Thursday at Dan McGuiness in Nashville. It was great to get together and celebrate Timothy's radio airplay as well as his music row chart action. I also wanted to thank Mark Lynn for putting on the party and for letting us be a part of a great label with a great artist!

This year was another successful CMA Music Festival / Fan Fair! Timothy's new album 'You Got It' was finished up just in time to sell at his booth in the Convention Center. In fact, he sold about 100 CD's a day! There were also plenty of 'You Got It' girls on hand to help at the booth sporting their 'You Got It'
T-Shirts. I want to thank Cynthia Ryan at Digital Litho here in Nashville for making the huge banner of the album cover to hang in the booth. It really looked great and made the whole booth! We even had a big flat screen TV continuously playing the 'You Got It' music video. Tim's acoustic performance on Sunday, June 8th with fiddle player Lindy Donia went over very cool as well. They performed about 6 tunes in front of a big crowd and many of the fans went down to Timothy's booth after the show and purchased a CD or T-Shirt. 
 
Well, because of GAC airing Timothy's 'You Got It' music video in their contest called 'The Next GAC Star' and by playing the video all day, everyday at his Fan Fair booth. The amount of views on You Tube went from 1,400 to over 27,000 in just a few weeks. Pretty damn cool!

Pam Lewis is best know for her co-management and publicity campaigns for Garth Brooks. Pam owns and runs her own publicity firm called PLA Media and just mentioned Timothy in her media news blitz. You can check it all out on our press/reviews page. She is also going to help Timothy put on his very first 6:00pm music industry showcase here in Nashville. Timothy has played his music from here to Los Angeles but has never played at an early convenient time for record labels, publishers etc. Most showcases are early so that the music industry folks can swing by on their way home from work. We are all really looking forward to the show which will most likely be in August. I'll be sure to post the date on our show schedule as soon as it's confirmed.

Timothy and his band took a few months break from the live scene to finally wrap up the new album 'You Got It'. The CD will be in our hands by the end of the month and we are planning a big CD release party around mid May to celebrate! Be sure to keep an eye on the TCB show schedule for more details. We also ordered a different type of 'You Got It' T-shirt that will work for both guys and girls. I'll be sure to get an example up on our merchandise page as soon as I can.
 
Great News! Timothy was invited back to this years 2008 CMA Music Festival / Fan Fair! The event takes place June 5th - June 8th at the Nashville Convention Center. Timothy will have an exhibitors booth to promote his new album and will be performing in the Convention Center (the Acoustic Corner). We are also going to book a show in downtown Nashville for the whole band to perform.
 
So there you go, the new album is finished, new T-Shirts, a CD release party, and the CMA Music Festival. We are even in the process of updating this website with some cool new photo's!

Well, the TCB kicked off the new year right with two big shows this month. The Cadillac Ranch (The Billy Block Show) Jan. 23rd. and with Big Kenny of 'Big & Rich' (Muzic Mafia) on Jan. 29th. Timothy and his band rocked both shows performing two songs 'Real Big Love' and 'Close Enough For Me' with the Muzic Mafia. It was the bands first time with the Mafia and I'm sure it won't be the last!
 
Colin Whinnery, Timothy's lead guitar player was featured in this months Billy Block Show magazine as January's MVP. The article is a nice Q & A session which really helps you get to know Colin and all of his accomplishments as a musician. Way to go Colin!
 
Ok, here's the latest on Timothy's upcoming new album entitled 'You Got It'. Tom Harding and Timothy who are producing the new CD have already mixed 9 of the 11 songs. Now, all that is left is to mix the final 2 songs, master the disc and work on the CD packaging (photo's, credits, lyrics, etc.). I guess we are still looking at a month or so before we can throw Timothy's CD release party.
