Nashville!

Just wanted to report in and let you know that Timothy is alive and well! He just has been taking a little hiatus from the live performance scene. What he has been up to is working with a prominent entertainment attorney, writing new songs and setting up a string of Nashville shows to kick off the new year. Hopefully Tim's music will reach a much larger level in 2006.

There will be a new line up of Nashville band members which will include Trey Gray on drums (Trey has been on the road with Faith Hill, Jewel and now Brooks & Dunn.) Wayne Killius will be filling in when Trey's unavailable (Wayne played on the Big & Rich album as well as many other studio projects.) John Prestia or Philip Shouse will be playing lead guitar (John is currently out with Tim McGraw and Philip is playing for David Lee Murphy.) Michael Joyce on bass (Michael does a lot of studio work and has played with Jimmy Hall & The Prisoners of Love for many years.) Finally, Kylee Seil will be singing back up vocals (Kylee just moved to Nashville a few months ago from North Dakota and has been rehearsing with Tim pretty much ever since she arrived.)

As you can see Nashville is full of great musicians, many of which are good friends of Tim's from years past. Collectively, I don't think there will be any problems covering any of the shows!

Keep your eye on the show schedule and we'll see you next year.
Happy Holidays! -Amy C.-

Kenny Moore and Nashville, TN...

For those of you who caught the TCB at the Gig in Hollywood on June 18th got to witness yet another great show as well as bassist Kenny Moore's last L.A. show. Kenny is getting married and moving to North Carolina in late July of this year.

Kenny,
Thanks for all your great playing on the new album "Grand References" as well as all the live shows over the past four years! You have been a reliable band member, easy to work with and a great friend. Hopefully, you will be able to hook up with the band once again for some Nashville shows. Congratulations and best of luck in N.C.!

- Timothy

Timothy is heading east to Nashville, TN in mid-July to explore heavy interest expressed by the Nashville music scene! He will probably be spending a lot of time in both Nashville and Los Angeles over the next six months. Trust me, I'll be sure to keep you informed as things continue to develop.

Have a cool summer! -Amy C.-

The Roxy!

Thanks everyone for checking out the TCB with Dreamworks recording artist Hanna-McEuen at the Roxy on April 27th. Timothy's music went over really big with the crowd and he made sure that everyone received a complimentary three-song CD sampler from the new album "Grand References".

I give this show a big Yee-Haw and a Hell Yeah! - Amy C. -

The Gig, Robin Joy and the Roxy!

Well, the band definitely has had quite a run at the Gig in Hollywood since the last three shows have all been there. The band burned down the set which included the songs "Younger Day", "Crime of the Century", "The Closer I Get", "One Small Miracle", and "Don't Walk Away". All from the "Grand References" album as well as "Learning To Live Without You", "Heart's Overheated", and "Let Me Go" from the "Rip, Roll & Ride" CD.

Robin Joy, welcome to the TCB! We first heard from Robin Joy when she jumped up on stage at the January show and sang harmony on just a couple of songs. Then, at the last show she knocked out four tunes and finally at this past show on April 2nd she belted out the whole set. I think she's a great compliment to the band and their music and I must confess it's cool to have a chic back in the band.

Thanks to everyone for making it out to all the shows and I hope to see you soon at the Roxy on April 27th. The band was invited to perform with Hanna-McEuen, a national act signed to Dreamworks Records. Hanna-McEuen are the sons of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's founding members, Jeff Hanna and John McEuen. The concert will be sponsored by 93.9 KZLA. Check out the show schedule to learn more.

The Hollywood Gig!

Well, this first show of the year on Saturday, January 15th at the Gig in Hollywood certainly kicked ass! The band performed seven songs from the Grand References album and two songs "Learning To Live Without You" and "Hearts Overheated" from the Rip, Roll & Ride! CD. Gordie Germaine filled in on lead guitar for Donny Roberts and filled up the room with his big guitar sound. Awesome job Gordie, the band didn't miss a beat!

Timothy also had one of his good friends, Robin Joy, jump up on stage to sing harmony on "One Small Miracle" and "Don't Walk Away". She really sounded great! I hope we get to hear more from her in the future.

The band definitely stepped it up to yet another level and it was quite obvious everyone was having a blast. The set rocked and the crowd was really enthusiastic. Thanks to Marsha at the Gig for inviting the band to perform at this special night of Roots Rock music.

Over all I give this show five stars and a big thumbs up!
-Amy C.-
