KIX Country 92.9

KIX Country 92.9 in Port Charlotte, Florida (a Clear Channel Station) contacted us earlier this week about doing another interview with Timothy. They also are going to spin his fourth single "One Small Miracle" from his latest album entitled You Got It. On air personality and host of the Weekly Top 30 Countdown, Dave Darrel, spoke with Timothy about the inspiration behind the song and music video. Since football season is already upon us, they also talked about Timothy's new Gator Fight Song "Not Done Yet" and the new album he's working on which is due out March, 2011.  The interview will air this Sunday, August 29th. between 11:45 to 12 noon Eastern Standard Time. If you don't live in the South Florida area, you can still listen live by visiting the KIX Country website and jumping on their streaming feed. Thanks Dave and Kix Country for playing all of Timothy's singles and for being so supportive!

No News, Good News?

Timothy and his band are still on the low as far as live shows go, but they have been rehearsing and sounding great. Timothy's has been getting the band reacquainted with some past material, songs that were originally released from his first four albums. We are looking at some August Nashville show dates, I'll be sure to post the information when it's confirmed. I know Timothy is still writing, writing, writing with other well known songwriters and alone. We would love to release his new sixth album in the spring of 2011. He has also been spending time on some additions to his Nashville home. Time flies for sure...

So there ya go, no news is good news!

CMA Sterling Member!

Spring has sprung, thank God! It has been a long cold winter for pretty much everyone. The TCB (Timothy Craig Band) has been on a little hiatus, but we are now starting to work on some show dates. I know, Timothy has been writing a bunch of  new songs and would love to have a new CD released in 2011. We just received a letter on March 30th from the CMA (Country Music Association) confirming Timothy as a Sterling Member! The letter also thanked him for all he does to further the popularity and success of Country Music. Since it's founding in 1958, the Country Music Association has become one of the
premier trade organizations worldwide, working with the industry to establish Country Music as a mainstream musical format. On another note, I want to thank everyone for all the positive feedback on the new "One Small Miracle" music video! The song and video are going over really well on You Tube. Glad you like it!

Hope to see you soon at the next great show!  -Amy C.-

"One Small Miracle" Music Video...

Just a quick note to let everyone know that the "One Small Miracle" music video is now finished and available to watch
online. It was shot in black and white, HD (high definition), raw and real! Matt Blair (director) and Mike Gulick (editor)
did a really great job and kept the video with the mood of the song.

So turn on You Tube and check it out!  -Amy C.-

One Small Miracle

We are really looking forward to this new year! A lot of cool stuff happened in 2009 and we are excited about the road
ahead. The ABC television show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" has expressed interest in using Timothy's song "One Small Miracle" in one of their upcoming episodes. Timothy wrote the song himself and it's on his latest album You Got It. I think the song is perfect for the Sunday night show and I will certainly keep you posted as things develop. We also have been working on a music video for "One Small Miracle", which will be available to view on You Tube as soon as it's completed. In December, we received a great review of "One Small Miracle" from Robert K. Oermann in Nashville's Music Row Magazine. So as you can see, this year seems to be starting off with a miracle!

DISClaimer by Robert K. Oermann
It is "ballad" week here on Music Row.
Steve Azar, Alan Jackson, John Anderson, Carrie Underwood, Timothy Craig, Josh Canova and John Fogerty are all vying for your attention with slower-paced outings.
-This acoustic ballad of pleading and yearning is Craig's finest single to date. I like the simplicity of the organ/accordion/guitar arrangement as well as his heartfelt vocal.

Happy New Year! -Amy C.-
