Timothy Craig was born in Wisconsin and grew up in Southwest Florida. His passion for music undoubtedly stems from his father, who put himself through college writing songs and fronting a five piece rock and roll band in the early 60's. Surrounded by vintage guitars, classic drum kits, and tube amplifiers, Timothy formed his first band in junior high. Banging out rock standards like "Wild Thing" and "Smoke on the Water," the CT2Express played lots of gigs, though never outside Timothy's living room.

While in college in Gainesville, Florida, Timothy began writing his own songs on an old acoustic guitar. Inspired by singer/songwriters Tom Petty, John Mellencamp and Jimmy Buffett, Timothy began crafting his own brand of guitar-based music. Realizing that the closest music industry was in Nashville, he packed up and moved from his home in Ft. Myers, Florida. After putting a band together he spent years playing his original music in clubs and outdoor events. The band also played several shows at the Tennessee State Women's Prison! In February of 2000, Timothy moved to Los Angeles California, put a new band together and sang his songs in all the legendary L.A. clubs like The Whisky a GoGo, The Roxy and Club Lingerie. In May of 2001, after landing various acting roles including a police officer on 'NYPD Blue' (2001) and the role of 'Phil Everly' of 'The Everly Brothers' on the NBC television series 'American Dreams' (2002 & 2003), Timothy joined the Screen Actors Guild (SAG). Currently, Timothy is spending most of his time in Nashville and has participated in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 CMA Music Festivals / Fan Fair.
